The WLYCenter empowers young Latinas to achieve a successful transition to college by providing leadership opportunities to participate in innovative programs that address Wyoming’s Latina youths’ social, academic, and educational needs. WLYCenter believes in a future of Latinas where they are able to pursue their dreams, reach their goals, and acquire the skills and self-confidence to live a life of purpose, connection, contribution, and joy.

Programs & Services
The Wyoming Latina Youth Center is a non-profit organization focused on empowering young Latinas through mentorship and awareness. Funding for the Wyoming Latina Youth Center is provided through grants from the Rockefeller Foundation, awarded to Dr. Cecilia Aragon. The grant provides funding for undergraduate work study students, interns and supports travel for students for professional development, graduate school applications and travel to professional conferences.
