Promoting the Power of Choice

Celebrating 23 years of educational success

Inspiring 5th-12th grade Latinas through leadership, science, and creativity.

Our annual conference is held every October and features a welcome dinner banquet, cultural performances, educational workshops, and informational presentations. Workshops focus on Financial Literacy, STEM, Entrepreneurship, Mental Wellness, Cultural Arts, and Career Opportunities. The Wyoming Latina Youth Conference is open to all 5th-12th grade students of Latinx, Hispanic, Indigenous, Afro-Latinx, and mixed-blooded female identifying youth throughout the state of Wyoming.

Ann Redman, founder and chair for the last 22 years: "It has been an honor to work with so many amazing committee members, teen advisors and attendees. We have had outstanding keynote speakers and I have learned so much from everyone who has played a part in the success of the conference. I am grateful to the faculty at the University of Wyoming for understanding the importance of the conference and taking it under its wing. I'm grateful that the conference continue[s] its good work and continue[s] to change the lives of our young Latinas. A HUGE thank you to our sponsors and supporters. You ALL ROCK!!! God Bless you."
